"Secluded bliss. Saw deer, bunnies, birds of all shapes and sizes, squirrels and what I think was a hummingbird. The location was a perfect respite after spending our days sightseeing in neighboring cities 30 min to an hour away. We visited Baltimore, DC. And Annapolis as well as more local towns for delicious meals. Yes we ate our share of blue crab! Recommend Paul's place without question. Erika, Paul's assistant also deserves recognition for the best reception we've received!! Thanks guys!”

"I couldn't believe the amount of space in the house, a number of very comfortable rooms to work and relax. Awesome water views from almost every room. This was a hidden gem for a very reasonable price. Paul was a gentleman and allowed us to use his dock to launch the canoe and watch the sunset. Wonderful retreat!.”

“We were not prepared for how luxurious the house would be when we arrived at Cattail Landing. It was absolutely perfect for our weekend together before my brother's wedding. We took in amazing views of the lake as we grilled dinners. We soaked in the pristine outdoor hot tub after a long day of waterskiing at nearby South River Boat Rental. We kayaked, canoed, cooked, and relaxed. All of it was so easy and part of the package at the house. The house is spacious with plenty of space for privacy, sharing space, and sleeping. I look forward to returning soon and I highly recommend a visit..”
